Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Moo and Seek, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game. Additional platform rules from Apple, Google, or another distributor may also apply to your use of the game.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Moo and Seek for lawful entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and the rules of the platform where you obtained the game.

You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify, exploit, distribute, or commercially use the game or its assets except where applicable law expressly allows it.

You must meet the minimum age required by the platform, your country, and the game's age rating. If you are not legally able to agree to these Terms yourself, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to them where required.

Moo and Seek allows players to interact in online matches. You are responsible for your conduct and for content you choose to communicate through the game.

• Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, bully, or intentionally disrupt other players.
• Do not submit hateful, sexually explicit, violent, unlawful, deceptive, or seriously offensive content.
• Do not share another person's private information or ask players to reveal sensitive personal information.
• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate matchmaking, interfere with network services, or use unauthorized tools.
• Do not use the game for commercial spam, scams, fraud, or illegal activity.

We may take reasonable steps to protect the game and its players, including limiting access, changing features, investigating abuse, or suspending access where technically available.

Moo and Seek may ask you to record short animal-style voice clips for use during a multiplayer round. You keep responsibility for what you record and agree not to include private, unlawful, infringing, abusive, or inappropriate material.

By submitting a voice clip through the game, you give us the limited permission needed to process, transmit, reproduce, and play that clip to other participants for the purpose of operating the current game session and related technical functionality.

The free version of Moo and Seek may include advertising, including interstitial, rewarded, banner, or other supported formats. Ads may be delivered or mediated through Unity LevelPlay and participating advertising networks. Advertising availability and format can vary by platform, country, consent choices, game version, and technical configuration.

Rewarded ads, when available, are optional interactions chosen by the player in exchange for the reward described in the game.

Moo and Seek may offer a paid Remove Ads entitlement or other in-app purchases. The exact benefit, price, and availability are shown in the purchase interface and can vary by platform or country.

Purchases are processed by the applicable app store. You are responsible for checking the price and purchase details before confirming. Where the purchase screen states that certain optional rewarded-ad features remain available, those voluntary rewarded ads may still be offered even after a Remove Ads purchase.

If the platform supports purchase restoration, you may use its restore mechanism to recover eligible non-consumable entitlements on supported devices or accounts.

Payments, billing, taxes, and refund requests are generally handled by the store through which you made the purchase, subject to that store's rules and applicable law. We do not control whether Apple, Google, or another store approves a refund.

Online multiplayer depends on internet access, compatible devices, platform services, and technical infrastructure. We do not guarantee that matchmaking, servers, voice features, ads, purchases, or any other game feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We may update, balance, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue game features when reasonably necessary for development, security, legal compliance, platform requirements, technical maintenance, or business reasons.

Moo and Seek, its original code, artwork, logo, interface, game elements, text, audio design, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Rubén Escudero and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party trademarks, SDKs, platform names, and services remain the property of their respective owners.

The game may use third-party services for advertising, multiplayer networking, app distribution, billing, diagnostics, analytics, hosting, or security. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

You may stop using the game at any time. We may limit or suspend access to online functionality where reasonably necessary to protect players, prevent abuse, address cheating or fraud, comply with law or platform requirements, or maintain the service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Moo and Seek is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the game will always be uninterrupted, free of bugs, compatible with every device, or available in every country.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded under the consumer laws that apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use the game. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by law and does not remove mandatory consumer protections.

We may update these Terms when the game, multiplayer systems, voice features, advertising, purchases, platform requirements, or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use after an update means the updated Terms apply to your use from that point, where permitted by law.
